The Reimagine Hub

One login.
The whole business.

The Reimagine Hub is the operating system every Reimagine client signs into starting week one. Sales pipeline, crew time clock, payroll, executive agenda, review dashboard, document drive, strategic reports, and a personal vault for you. Included in every engagement. Not sold as standalone software.

Why It Exists

Most contractors run their business
on a stack of disconnected tools.

CompanyCam for photos. Leap for estimates. Tsheets for hours. Gusto for payroll. Birdeye for reviews. Mailchimp for email. Asana for tasks. Google Drive for documents. Each tool a separate login, a separate $50 to $400 monthly bill, a separate company that does not know your business. The math by itself is brutal: most contractors pay around $1,800 a month for a SaaS stack that is still fragmented after the spend.

We watched our own contractor go through this and we refused. So we built our own operating system. The Reimagine Hub consolidates the eight tools above (and growing) under one login, on a single shared workspace where your marketing agency, your office staff, and your crew see the same source of truth. Every Reimagine client logs in on day one. There is no extra fee. It is part of the engagement.

The Hub is not a CRM. It is the operating system of a contractor business, built by people who run one.

Every Reimagine client gets the Hub on day one, regardless of plan. The features are the same across tiers. What scales is the capacity: employee accounts, counties served, branches, storage, monthly pipeline volume, and report cadence. See the full breakdown on the pricing page.

How we deliver it

The Hub is the surface.
The work around it is the engine.

Setup and migration, done by us in week one.

We migrate your CRM, contacts, job history, documents, and brand assets into the Hub. We open accounts for every employee. By the end of week one your operation is already running inside the Hub, not at the end of a slow rollout.

Integrations wired up by us.

We connect every channel and calendar your business already depends on: conversations (SMS, email, web chat), Google and GHL calendars, webhooks, and any third-party API in your stack. The Hub becomes your control panel without forcing you to rip and replace what already works.

Custom features and automations, shipped in 48 hours.

We design and ship every automation and any custom feature your business needs: review requests on job close, lead forms that auto-create Kanban cards, payroll generation from punches, push notifications on low ratings, and any one-off workflow specific to your trade. Most requests are live in under 48 hours. You do not configure them. We do.

Ongoing support and marketing orchestration, also by us.

Your team runs the day-to-day inside the Hub. We maintain it, refine the automations, and pull data from the full ecosystem to inform marketing decisions. The way a maestro reads every musician's part to compose the whole, we use every signal in your Hub to direct the marketing engine.

A Day in the Hub

How clients actually use it,
hour by hour.

7:30am
The foreman opens the Hub on his phone, taps Time Clock once. The state machine detects clock_in and the live elapsed counter starts. GPS verification confirms he is at the first job site. The branch dropdown is pre-selected to the truck he is driving today.

10:15am
A new lead comes in through the website contact form. The job auto-creates in Clients & Jobs at stage one of the Kanban. The owner moves the card to stage two with a comment to the crew lead. GHL is updated in the same write.

12:30pm
Lunch. The crew taps Time Clock. State machine detects lunch start. No timer, no clipboard, no spreadsheet.

2:00pm
The previous job marks completed. A review request fires automatically via SMS to the customer. The owner sees the request go out in the Hub activity feed.

3:45pm
A 2-star review lands on the GBP. Push notification hits the owner's phone within seconds. The review appears in the Review dashboard. The response cadence is open in one tap.

5:30pm
End of pay period. The owner opens Payroll, clicks generate. The Hub calculates regular hours, overtime, and deductions from the time clock ledger. Eight pay stubs print as PDFs. Every employee will see their own stub in My Pay Stubs in the morning.

9:00pm
Tyler, an apprentice technician taking night classes at the local college, opens his Personal vault. He logs the date of his next midterm, the chapters he still needs to review, and the practice test he plans to run on Sunday. Nobody on the crew sees it. The vault travels with him whether he is clocked-in or clocked-out.

Anti-Pattern

What the Hub
is not.

Not sold as standalone software.

The Hub is included with every Reimagine engagement. We do not license it to non-clients. The reason is operational: provisioning, migration, and ongoing maintenance are part of the marketing engagement. Without that layer, the Hub would just be another tool you have to figure out alone, which is exactly the problem we built it to solve.

Not a CRM.

A CRM is one feature inside the Hub. Calling the whole thing a CRM would be like calling Linear a CRM because it has contacts. The Hub is an operating system for a contractor business, and sales pipeline is just one of the foundations.

Not a black box.

You own your data. If the engagement ends, you receive a full export of every record: customers, jobs, photos, time punches, payroll history, documents, reports, and your 5-year plan. The data is yours. The interface is ours.

Not horizontal.

The Hub is built for one specific category: home service contractors. Every tile, every automation, every report is shaped around how a roofer, paver, garage door tech, plumber, or HVAC tech actually runs the day. Generic SaaS tools try to serve every industry. We serve one.

FAQ

Common questions
about the Hub.

Can I access the Hub without being a Reimagine client?+

No. The Hub is not sold as standalone software. It is included with every Reimagine marketing engagement. The reason is operational: we provision, migrate, and maintain the Hub as part of the service relationship. Without that operational layer, the Hub would just be another SaaS tool you have to figure out yourself, which is exactly the problem we built it to solve.

What happens to my data if I leave Reimagine?+

You own your data. If the engagement ends, you receive a full export of every record in your Hub: customers, jobs, photos, time punches, payroll history, documents, reports, and your 5-year plan. The data is yours. The interface is ours.

Do I get access on day one?+

Yes. By the end of week one, we have migrated your existing CRM, documents, job history, and employee records into the Hub and provisioned a login for you and every team member who needs one. By the end of month one, your 5-year plan is loaded into the agenda. The Hub is the workspace from day one, not a feature unlocked after months.

Is the Hub the same product across every Reimagine client?+

Yes. Every Reimagine client uses the same Hub. We do not customize the product per client because the value of a shared workspace is that we improve it for everyone every time we ship. When we add a feature for one client, every client gets it the next time they log in. Configuration adapts per business (branches, employees, services), but the underlying platform is one.

Will the Hub keep growing?+

Yes. The current set of foundations is the floor, not the ceiling. We ship new features and refinements continuously, validated on Rocket Garage Door Services and on client accounts before they go live for everyone. Active clients have a Submit Ticket tile to request improvements directly, and most requests are live in under 48 hours.
