Technical honesty

Deals with an average ticket above $100k (luxury real estate, large commercial contract) need consultative prospecting, not automated outreach. Hub generates the list, but a human handles the conversation.
Clients that require maximum privacy compliance (government, healthcare, regulated B2B). Hub uses only public sources and respects opt-outs. If a market requires zero outbound outreach, this is not the right use case for the feature.
Lists purchased from a third party are outside any carrier or TCPA rule. Hub does not import outside lists, it only builds lists from scratch with a traceable source and a specific angle.
Industries with no relevant digital footprint (the end customer never advertises, never reviews, has no public profile) limit what the AI can extract. Workaround: combine with human referrals.

Volume is capped (50-200 new outreaches per day depending on number reputation), every message is personalized with a real angle, and Hub auto-pauses if the block rate climbs above 5%. Hub uses only public sources (Google Maps, Zillow, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Nextdoor, public social profiles). That data is available to anyone with a browser. You are not buying lists or accessing private databases. Every outbound message includes automatic opt-out: a recipient replies 'not interested' or 'stop' and never receives another message. The flow respects TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state-level privacy laws (CCPA, Texas DPA, etc.).
