How does the automated HOA cycle work?+
On the 20th of each month, the Hub pulls your shared expenses (power, water, cleaning, security, repairs), calculates each tenant's pro-rata share by ideal fraction, and generates their invoice automatically. Charge runs, split is calculated, distribution happens, and notification goes out in one automated run. No spreadsheet, no manual entry.
How does the digital inspection protect me in a tenant dispute?+
At move-in and move-out, the Hub walks you through a room-by-room checklist: photos with GPS coordinates and timestamps, tenant e-signature, and your signature. Everything is timestamped and stored. If a tenant claims a scratch was pre-existing, you pull up the move-in photo. Dispute closed before it reaches small claims.
State filings + 1099 + QuickBooks?+
Yes. The Hub generates 1099s for contractors, tracks income and expenses per property, and exports QuickBooks-ready reports. State property tax and compliance deadlines (Certificate of Occupancy, fire marshal, building inspection) are tracked with alerts before expiration.
