1. Services Provided

Mighty Leads Business Domination Plan

We offer our bundled services at a weekly subscription to the Mighty Leads Business Domination Plan ($1,997/week). This plan includes every service listed in the standalone offerings—combined into one comprehensive, discounted growth system:

Full Mighty Leads AI CRM setup & management — pipelines, automations, call tracking, calendars, workflows, and ongoing optimization
Complete Local SEO system — on-page optimization, content publishing, authority building, and authority development and off-site trust building
High-performance paid ads management — campaign setup, ad optimization, tracking, and weekly adjustments
Social media content management — branded post creation, scheduling, and engagement optimization
Professional content editing & publishing — blogs, service pages, authority articles, and conversion-focused copy
Custom website development & hosting — conversion-optimized, fast, SEO-ready website with ongoing updates
Full marketing automation system — nurture sequences, follow-up workflows, review generation, reputation management
Ongoing optimization by our expert team — weekly tuning, reporting, strategy adjustments, and direct support

Authority Development (SEO Component – 24-Month Commitment)

The Local SEO component includes a front-loaded authority development and off-site trust-building strategy deployed across diversified third-party publishing platforms and digital properties to accelerate visibility. Because a substantial portion of this authority investment occurs early in the engagement, the Mighty Leads Business Domination Plan requires a 24-month minimum commitment.

Standalone Services

Standalone services are also available as monthly subscriptions:

SEO: $1,997/month
Mighty Leads AI: $297/month
Paid Ads Management: $797/month
Social Media Manager: $797/month
Content Editor: $797/month
Web Design: $1,997/project

Standalone SEO includes a front-loaded authority development strategy and therefore requires a 24-month minimum commitment.
All other standalone services are month-to-month and may be canceled with 30 days' written notice as described in Section 7.

2. Term & Renewal

SEO Services (Mighty Leads Business Plan & Standalone SEO):
These services require a 24-month minimum commitment. After the SEO Commitment ends, SEO services renew month-to-month unless canceled with 30 days' written notice.
Non-SEO Standalone Services (CRM, Paid Ads, Social Media, Content Editor, Web Design):
These services are month-to-month and automatically renew each month until canceled with 30 days' written notice.

3. Payment Terms

Billed weekly in advance at $1,997/week for the Mighty Leads Business Domination Plan
Standalone services billed monthly in advance
All payments are non-refundable except as specified in Section 5 (Performance Guarantees)
Failed or late payments may result in service suspension
Disputes must be addressed with us before chargebacks

Payment Method and Schedule:

Accepted Payment Methods: Debit card or credit card via Stripe
Weekly Billing: For the Mighty Leads Business Plan, you will be charged every Monday of each week at $1,997/week
Monthly Billing: For standalone monthly services, you will be charged on the first Monday of each calendar month
Credit Policy: Any duplicate or erroneous charges will be credited to your account for the following billing period

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information, assets, and platform access
Approve content and deliverables promptly
Maintain clear communication
Follow recommendations and strategies

Lack of cooperation may impact performance guarantees or timelines.

5. Performance Guarantees

Monthly Reporting & Strategy Reviews

Every month, you will receive a comprehensive performance report covering all aspects of your campaign across all service areas. Additionally, we conduct a monthly strategy review meeting with you (the business owner) and all relevant department leaders from our team. During this meeting, each team member will explain their specific portion of the report, results achieved, and upcoming strategies for their area of responsibility.

Meeting Schedule & Details:

Frequency: First Thursday of each month
Duration: 1 hour
Scheduling: You may select your preferred time slot from our available calendar. Recurring monthly meetings can be scheduled for convenience
Rescheduling Policy: Meetings must be scheduled for the upcoming month only. Meetings cannot be rescheduled to a different month
Missed Meetings: If you are unable to attend a scheduled meeting, you will forfeit that month's live strategy review meeting. However, you will still receive your comprehensive monthly performance report. The strategy review meeting will be available the following month
Attendance: Attendance is mandatory to maintain guarantee eligibility

6. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All materials, workflows, automations, systems, and website assets remain our property. You receive a license to use deliverables while subscribed. Upon cancellation, access to proprietary tools, automations, hosting, and CRM will be removed.

Content Ownership & Usage Rights:

Content Created: All content created by our team (blog posts, social media content, service pages, etc.) remains our property
Client Usage Rights: You retain the right to use and display all content that has been published on your behalf during your subscription period
Restrictions: You may not republish, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit this content outside of your own business channels without written permission
Post-Cancellation: After cancellation, you may continue to display previously published content on your platforms, but you may not create derivative works or repurpose the content for other uses

7. Cancellation Policy & Guarantees

SEO Services (Mighty Leads Business Domination Plan SEO component & Standalone SEO):

The Mighty Leads Business Domination Plan and Standalone SEO services include a front-loaded authority development and off-site trust-building strategy deployed across diversified third-party publishing platforms and digital properties to accelerate visibility. This significant value is provided immediately to accelerate your ranking results.

Guarantee 1: 3-Month No-Penalty Cancellation

If your primary location does not achieve competitive visibility within Google local search results, you may cancel immediately without incurring any contractual penalties or early termination fees. This gives you a risk-free exit if we do not achieve this milestone within the first quarter.

Ranking Verification:

Your monthly performance report will include a dedicated section showing your current ranking position and whether you appear in the Google Local 3-Pack. This section will also display competitor positions for comparison. This report serves as the official ranking verification achievement or non-achievement.

Guarantee 2: 12-Month Full Refund Guarantee

If competitive local search visibility is not achieved within 12 months, you may cancel immediately and receive a full refund of all payments made during that 12-month period. Your investment is fully protected for an entire year.

Refund Request Procedure:

Refund requests must be submitted via email during the 30-day window between months 11 and 12 of your subscription
Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 14 business days
Refunds cover all payments made during the 12-month period

Guarantee Requirements:

Remain subscribed for the full guarantee period without interruption
Implement all recommendations
No harmful SEO actions (changing NAP, violating GBP rules)
Your business must comply with Google policies
Attend monthly strategy review meetings

Guarantee Limitations:

Google algorithm fluctuations
GBP suspensions
Market-wide changes outside our control
Client changes made without approval

Cancellation After the 12-Month Guarantee Period:

Early cancellation of SEO services after the 12-month guarantee period requires mandatory payment of the remaining balance for the full 24-month term within 14 days. This is because most of the value was already delivered upfront to accelerate your results.

Data and Access Upon Cancellation:

Upon cancellation, all proprietary systems, automations, workflows, and platform access will be immediately removed from your account
The only data you retain is your contact list and customer database
All other materials, configurations, and system access will be disabled
You will have no further access to our tools, hosting, or CRM systems
Data Export Period: You have 7 days following cancellation to export and download your contact list and customer database. After 7 days, all data will be permanently deleted from our systems

Late Payment Terms:

If payment is not received within 14 days, interest will accrue at 0.69% per month on the outstanding balance
After the 12-month guarantee period, no refunds are available regardless of results
Collection Actions: If payment remains outstanding beyond 30 days, we may pursue collection actions to recover the outstanding balance, including referral to a collection agency

Non-SEO Standalone Services:

All non-SEO standalone services are month-to-month and may be canceled at any time with 30 days' written notice. Services will continue through the end of the 30-day notice period.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all shared information, data, credentials, and marketing materials.

9. Bonus Experience: "My Weekend with André"

Eligibility Requirements:

This bonus experience is available exclusively to clients on the Mighty Leads Business Plan who meet the following conditions:

Maintain an active Mighty Leads Business Plan subscription in good standing
Remain on the Mighty Leads Business Plan for at least 12 consecutive months

Experience Details:

3-day, 2-night yacht mastermind
Hosted by André Alves and Dr. Kebar Y
Includes training, strategy sessions, networking, meals, and onboard amenities
Occurs every weekend throughout the year
Total capacity: 10 participants per weekend (5 clients plus 1 companion per client)
Participation Frequency: You are eligible to attend once every 12 months while maintaining an active subscription
Companion Policy: Each client may bring one companion of their choice. The companion does not need to be a client of Mighty Leads
Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is included for all participants

Booking and Cancellation Policy:

Advance booking required due to limited availability
Cancellation within 7 days: You may attempt to book an alternative weekend subject to availability. Due to high demand, alternative dates may not be immediately available
Cancellation after 7 days: You forfeit your spot for that weekend. You will be eligible to attend another weekend only after completing an additional 12 consecutive months of subscription as if you had attended the original scheduled weekend

General Terms:

Travel: Client must cover transportation to and from the yacht
Safety: Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal
Rescheduling: Event may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather, emergencies, or operational needs
Media Release: Attendance grants us permission to use your image and voice for marketing
Liability: Participation is at your own risk

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
