Who we are
Reimagine Digital Marketing is a digital marketing agency based at 900 Orchid Springs Dr #100B, Winter Haven, Florida 33884, United States. For the purposes of this policy, 'Reimagine', 'we', 'us', and 'our' all refer to Reimagine Digital Marketing. 'You' refers to any visitor to reimaginedigital.marketing, any person who contacts us through the site or by phone, and any client engaged in an active marketing services relationship with us.
We operate a SaaS application called Reimagine Hub (the 'Hub') that our clients use to view their marketing performance, manage their workspace, and interact with our team. This Privacy Policy covers both our agency operations and the Hub application equally. Where a section is specific to the Hub, we say so explicitly.
If you have questions about this policy or how we handle your information, email us at info@reimaginedigital.marketing or call the number listed on our contact page.
About Reimagine Hub
Reimagine Hub is the multi-tenant SaaS workspace we build, host, and operate for our clients. Each client has an isolated workspace inside the Hub that they and the Reimagine team members assigned to them can access. Other clients never see your workspace, and you never see theirs. This isolation is enforced by row-level security in our database.
What the Hub does for a client:
- Connects to your marketing platforms (Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Local Services Ads, Meta Business Manager, WhatsApp Business, SMS) through OAuth or vendor authorization flows you approve.
- Reads performance data on a schedule (typically every 6 hours) and renders dashboards inside your workspace so you can see campaign spend, conversions, leads, and reviews without logging into each platform separately.
- Lets the Reimagine team execute the work in your Statement of Work (campaign edits, content updates, lead routing) and logs every change for your review.
- Hosts your operational tools like conversations with leads, job tracking, bookings, finances, and contracts, depending on which modules your engagement includes.
- Maintains a per-tenant onboarding checklist (Welcome flow) so you can see what is set up and what is pending.
What information we collect
We only collect information you provide to us directly and minimal anonymous information generated automatically when you visit our website. We do not buy data from third parties, and we do not scrape or collect information without your knowledge.
- Information you give us through the contact form: your name, business name, email address, phone number, service area, revenue range (if provided), and any message content you include in your inquiry.
- Information you share during a discovery call: business information you choose to share verbally, written follow-up materials you send us, and access credentials you provide for audit purposes if we request them.
- Information automatically collected by the website: anonymized usage data such as pages visited, time on page, referring site, approximate geographic region (city level or broader), and device type. This is collected through Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics in a privacy-respecting way.
- Information from clients under active engagement: access to your Google Business Profile, website admin, advertising accounts, and similar platforms you grant us to deliver the services you purchased.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect only for the purposes you would reasonably expect when contacting a marketing agency or engaging us for services.
- To respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls when you fill out our contact form.
- To prepare audits, proposals, and engagement documents for prospects who ask to see them.
- To deliver the marketing services you have purchased, including campaign management, content creation, reporting, and strategy calls.
- To send periodic updates, reports, and communications related to active engagements. If you are a client, these are part of the service you pay for.
- To improve our website and services by analyzing anonymized usage patterns.
- To comply with legal obligations when required by law, regulation, or lawful legal process.
What we do not do with your information
- We do not sell your information to third parties. Ever. This is non-negotiable.
- We do not share your information with other agencies, advertisers, or data brokers.
- We do not use your data to train AI models or sell aggregated datasets.
- We do not send you marketing emails you did not explicitly opt in to receive.
- We do not contact your competitors with information learned from you, ever.
Third-party services we use
We use a small number of well-known third-party services to operate the website and deliver client work. Each one has its own privacy policy that governs how they handle data we pass to them.
- Vercel: our website hosting and analytics provider. Vercel processes HTTP requests to serve the site and collects anonymized performance data.
- Google Analytics 4: for aggregate website traffic analysis. We do not enable demographic or interest-based tracking.
- Google Search Console: to monitor search visibility. Search Console does not receive personally identifiable information from visitors.
- For active clients, we also connect to Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and similar platforms you have granted us access to as part of service delivery. We do not use that access for anything outside the scope of your engagement. The specifics of our Google API access are described in the next two sections.
Google API access and Limited Use
When you are an active client and grant us access to your Google Ads account so we can manage your campaigns, our use of any data we receive from Google APIs is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. The following describes exactly what we access, why, where it goes, and how to revoke it.
- OAuth scope requested: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. This is the only Google Ads scope we request, and it is requested only after you explicitly link your account through our official Google authorization flow.
- What we read: campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, search terms, conversion metrics, impressions, clicks, cost, and Local Services Ads (Google Guarantee) leads from the Google Ads account you authorize. We read this on a 6-hour schedule to keep your client-facing dashboard fresh.
- What we may write: campaign pause and enable, budget adjustments, keyword and negative keyword updates, and ad creative changes that fall within the scope of your signed Statement of Work. Every write operation is logged and reviewable by you on request.
- Where the data is stored: in our managed Postgres database hosted on Supabase, encrypted at rest, in a region documented in your Statement of Work. Aggregate snapshots are kept while your engagement is active and for 7 years after termination for accounting and tax recordkeeping. Per-lead Google Guarantee data is retained for 90 days then rolled into aggregates.
- Who can see the data: only Reimagine team members assigned to your account, and you and the team members you have added to your Reimagine Hub workspace. Row-level access controls in our database enforce that one client's data is never visible to another client.
- How to revoke our access at any time: visit https://myaccount.google.com/permissions on the Google account that granted access, find 'Reimagine Hub', and click 'Remove access'. Live sync stops immediately; historical aggregates are retained per the schedule above and can be deleted on request.
Limited Use disclosure
Reimagine's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We use Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features that are visible to the user in our application (your campaign dashboard, performance reports, and lead attribution inside the Reimagine Hub).
- We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.
- We do not sell Google user data to third parties, data brokers, information resellers, or any other party.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with appropriate notice.
- We do not use Google user data, including data from restricted scopes, to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models.
- Humans on the Reimagine team may access Google user data only when (a) we have your explicit consent for specific actions, (b) we need to do so for security purposes, (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) the data is aggregated and used for internal operations in compliance with applicable laws.
Cookies and tracking
Our website uses a minimal set of cookies. The required cookies keep the site running (for example, remembering if you dismissed a banner). Analytics cookies help us understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies on our own site.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies may affect minor functionality like remembering preferences but will not prevent you from viewing the site.
How long we keep your information
If you contact us and we do not end up working together, we keep your inquiry information for up to 24 months so we can follow up if you reach out again or if your territory becomes available. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
If you become a client, we keep engagement information for the duration of the service agreement plus 7 years after the engagement ends, for accounting, tax, and legal recordkeeping purposes required by U.S. law.
Anonymized website analytics data is retained for up to 26 months, the Google Analytics 4 default.
Your rights
You have the right to know what information we hold about you, request a copy of it, correct inaccuracies, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements). To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@reimaginedigital.marketing with the subject line 'Privacy Request'. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information, as stated above).
If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. We treat EU/UK visitor data with GDPR-level protections regardless of which territory you are in.
Data security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS (HTTPS). Stored credentials and sensitive information are access-controlled and limited to the founders directly handling your account. No junior analysts, no offshore contractors, no shared access.
We cannot guarantee absolute security of internet transmission or storage, and no system can be fully immune to breach. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by applicable law.
Children
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. When we do, we will update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify active clients by email. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
