No. Andre runs the onboarding personally across 4 hours in the first week, plus direct WhatsApp support throughout the program. 12 simultaneous partners is the real ceiling of his time. When the industry fills up, it actually fills up until the next cycle.
How does the lifetime $277 work in practice?+
You sign a digital contract with an explicit clause that freezes pricing. Even if in 2 years the public Hub costs $597 or $1,000, your rate does NOT change. The contract holds as long as you stay an active customer. If you cancel and come back later, you return at the public price of the day.
When does the discount expire?+
Never. It is not '50% off for X months then it goes up'. It is $277/month for life, frozen in the contract. That is the point: you trusted us first, you keep the best price forever.
If I cancel, do I lose the pricing forever?+
Yes. Founder Pricing is tied to a continuous active contract. Cancel and it ends. If you come back later, you return at the current public price ($397 today, possibly $597 down the road).
What if Reimagine shuts down or is acquired?+
Contract clause: if Reimagine is acquired or pivots, you have the right to a full data export in CSV/JSON + 6 months of assisted migration to whichever platform you pick. You are not held hostage.
Do I have to appear in the video? What if I do not want to?+
Yes, the video testimonial is part of the commitment (that is what justifies the lifetime discount). If you cannot or do not want to appear personally, we can film a co-owner, manager, or one of your customers. But without a video testimonial, the program does not close. For someone who just wants the Hub without appearing, the $397 public price works.
Can I use the Hub logo on my site?+
Yes. Founder Partners receive a full brand kit (Reimagine Hub logo + 'Founder Partner 2026' seal) for use in email, website, storefront, printed material. It is the reciprocal of us using your logo on our site.
