About
Founded by a contractor
and a PhD researcher.
The Story
Most marketing agencies sell contractors strategies they have never tested. They read case studies, copy playbooks from YouTube, and charge thousands of dollars per month to run experiments on your ad account. When it works, they take credit. When it does not, they blame the market.
Reimagine started from a different place. One operator with 25 years across multiple businesses in the United States and Brazil, married to a PhD researcher whose doctoral thesis examined why most small businesses fail in their first five years. We had spent decades watching what works and what does not, on our own books and in the academic data.
We could have applied that experience anywhere. We chose Central Florida home service contractors because the gap was the loudest. Contractors get sold the same broken product retainer after retainer: junior labor on rotation, vanity reports, lock-in contracts, no accountability to actual jobs booked. The operators we knew personally were losing tens of thousands a year to agencies that did not understand the trades.
So we built Reimagine to be the agency we would have wanted in their place. Every campaign, every page, every ad, every review strategy we ship is grounded in two things: an operator’s instinct for what actually drives revenue, and a researcher’s discipline for measuring whether it worked. Rocket Garage Door Services, the contractor we run ourselves in Polk County, is one of the places we validate the playbook before it ever touches a client account.
We stay in Central Florida on purpose. The territory-exclusive model we sell depends on knowing every metro, every competitor, every permit office, every supply house, and every AHJ in the counties we serve. Depth beats breadth in home services marketing, and the moment we tried to scale outside our footprint we would become exactly the kind of agency we built Reimagine to replace.
The Founders
Two founders.
One operating belief.
The Task Force
Seven people, seven fronts, and each one answers for theirs.
We do not cover all of it alone, and no agency does. Behind the founders there is a task force, and it does not run on memory: whoever is on shift knows what to check and writes down what they found. The month-end report is not written the night before. It comes out of what each one logged, day after day.
The Research Behind Reimagine
We studied why
small businesses fail.
Most marketing agencies start with a thesis like “we can generate more leads.” Reimagine started with a different thesis: if roughly 20 percent of small businesses fail in their first year and nearly half fail within five years, what operational and marketing patterns predict which small businesses make it past the survival window? That is the question Dr. Kebar Y spent her doctoral research answering.
Her thesis examined small business failure across dozens of dimensions: lead acquisition discipline, customer retention, pricing, financial hygiene, review velocity, local brand consistency, response time, and a long list of operational details. She mapped which patterns consistently showed up in businesses that failed within two years, and which countermeasures showed up in businesses that survived and scaled.
When Dr. Kebar and Andre started Rocket Garage Door Services, they used the thesis as a literal operating manual. Every marketing decision, every review response template, every city page rollout, every channel and cash allocation was cross-referenced against the failure patterns the research had identified. Rocket was not built on intuition. It was built on a falsifiable hypothesis about what contractor businesses need to do to survive and compound, and the answer in our case turned out to be doing it on zero ad spend.
Today, every Reimagine engagement is informed by the same research. When we audit a new contractor client, we are not just looking at marketing performance. We are looking at the operational and marketing signals that research shows predict two-year survival. If we see a failure pattern in a prospect's business, we will tell them before we ever cash a check, even if it means losing the sale.
Our Values
Three rules we do not break.
01
Test on ourselves first
Nothing gets sold to a client until it has moved the needle on Rocket Garage Door Services. No theory, no exceptions. If it does not work on our own books, it never hits yours.
02
Territory exclusivity
One contractor per trade per metro. You are never competing against another Reimagine client in your backyard. Your competitor literally cannot hire us as long as you are active.
03
Transparent reporting
You see every dollar, every click, every call, every lead, every conversion. Shared dashboards, monthly strategy calls, no black boxes, no vanity metrics. If we had to hide it, we would not ship it.
How we validate
We test on real revenue
before we sell.
Most marketing advice for contractors is recycled. Generalist agencies read a Reddit thread, test it for two weeks, call it a best practice, and sell it to every client they have. By the time the tactic is broken, the client has already paid three retainers and moved on to a different agency that will recycle the same mistake.
We refuse that loop. Every playbook we ship is grounded in real operating data, validated either on a Reimagine client account or on Rocket Garage Door Services, the Polk County contractor we run ourselves. When we tell you a tactic works, we can show you the books where it worked.
