The market value is in what the property could become, but the listing photos show what it currently is. Most buyers cannot bridge that gap on their own, which is why these listings sit on the market longer, attract lower offers, and consume more of an agent's time per closed deal than any other category.

We solve that by producing short transformation videos that visualize the finished potential of any listing. A bare lot becomes the four-bedroom new build a buyer would actually live in. A tired ranch becomes a modern renovation with the roofline straightened, the kitchen opened up, and the curb appeal restored. Acreage becomes a landscaped estate with a pool, a guest house, and a defined buildable footprint.

Reimagine produces these videos in-house through a pipeline we built and maintain ourselves. We ship 50+ videos per month at a level of quality, speed, and cost discipline that no traditional 3D rendering studio can match, and we pass that production efficiency through to the brokerage in the form of pricing that fits a per-listing marketing budget, not a custom architectural rendering budget.

This is also a deliberately different product from the rest of Reimagine's services. Local SEO, Google Ads, and contractor websites are sold under one-contractor-per-trade-per-metro exclusivity. Real Estate Renders is not. It is a media production service that any brokerage in any market can use, and your top competitor on the next listing can use it too. We make that explicit so nobody is surprised. Listing intake

You send us the listing details: address, current photos, the lot or property dimensions, and the transformation direction you want to show (new build, renovation, landscape, addition). We confirm scope and set a delivery date in writing before any production starts.

Reference and concept

We pull comparable finished properties in the same market so the finished version matches what buyers in the area already recognize as desirable. A modern build in Naples looks different from a modern build in Tampa, and we calibrate to that. We share the reference set with you for sign-off before production starts.

Production

We produce the video in-house. Most listings are ready in under 24 hours. We assemble the timelapse, color grade for consistency with your brokerage brand, and review for quality before delivery.

Review rounds

You get up to three rounds of revisions per video at no extra charge. Most listings ship after one round. We do not surprise you with revision fees because the service is designed to be predictable for an agent juggling 12 listings at once.

Delivery in your formats

Final delivery includes a 16:9 master file (MLS, brokerage site, YouTube), a 9:16 vertical cut (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels), and a 1:1 square cut for feed posts. All three are produced from the same render so the visual stays consistent across every channel the listing will run on.

Real Estate Renders FAQs

Are these real photographs of the finished property?+
No. The whole product is a visualization of finished potential, the same way a 3D architectural rendering would be. The point is to help buyers see what the property could become so they can make an offer they would never make on a photo of weeds and dirt. We recommend brokerages position these videos as renderings of the finished potential rather than as photography of the current state, and we will help you write the listing language that does that cleanly.
How fast can you turn around a single video?+
5 to 7 business days for a one-off single video. 3 to 5 business days for videos produced under the Listing Partner monthly retainer because retainer clients are pre-scheduled in the production queue. If you have a hot listing that needs a 48-hour rush, we can sometimes accommodate it for a $200 rush fee, scheduled around capacity.
Can the video show what is actually buildable on the lot?+
We render a representative finished home or renovation that matches the comparable properties in the same market and the lot dimensions you provide. We do not produce buildable architectural plans, and we do not certify code or zoning compliance. The video sells the vision. A buyer who falls in love with that vision should still confirm with their builder, architect, and local zoning office before committing. We will help you write the disclaimer language that accompanies the listing if you want.
Does Reimagine work with competing brokerages in my market?+
By default, yes. Real Estate Renders is a media production service and we sell it without metro exclusivity, the same way a real estate photographer would. If you want metro exclusivity, ask about the Listing Partner retainer with the exclusivity add-on. We will quote it based on metro size and competitive landscape, and we cap it at one brokerage per metro once you sign.
Can you do a video for a renovation we are actually planning to do?+
Yes, and this is one of the strongest use cases. If a developer or contractor is going to renovate a property and resell it, a transformation video lets you market the listing during the renovation, attract a buyer, and close the contingency before the work is finished. The same logic works for new construction on speculative builds.
What if my brokerage already has a videographer?+
Keep them. Real Estate Renders does not replace a real videographer for occupied listings, drone shots, or full property tours. We solve the specific problem of properties where the current state does not sell the future state. Vacant lots, tear-downs, dated homes, and acreage with potential. Most brokerages we work with use Real Estate Renders as the addition that covers what their videographer cannot.
Why is the per-video price the same in the US and Brazil?+
Our production costs are priced in dollars and the quality bar does not change between markets. We chose pricing that is sustainable for both markets without forcing US clients to subsidize Brazilian clients or the other way around. Brazilian brokerages working with international investor pipelines also tend to prefer USD pricing for clarity in the listing materials they share abroad.
