Meta Ads

Storm season campaigns, retargeting, lead forms at contractor scale.

Meta Ads work very differently from Google Ads. On Google you are catching someone who already has a problem and is actively searching for a solution. On Meta you are catching someone who does not yet know they need you, but will soon, and planting your brand in their head before a competitor does.

Reimagine has a credential here that no other Central Florida contractor marketing agency can match: our co-founder Dr. Kebar Y currently works at Meta. She has been there for over a year, working inside the company whose ad platform your budget is flowing into. Every playbook, every campaign structure, every creative refresh cadence, every pixel strategy Reimagine sells for Meta Ads is informed by the perspective of someone Meta itself employs. Small businesses almost never get access to that level of platform insight. With Reimagine, they do.

For contractors, Meta is the interrupt channel. It is the storm season campaign that hits Florida roofers hard when a hurricane enters the Gulf. It is the retargeting engine that catches the homeowner who visited your website but did not call. It is the before-and-after video that makes a paver transformation look inevitable. And the difference between a campaign managed by someone guessing at Meta's behavior and a campaign informed by real inside perspective is usually 30 to 50 percent on cost per lead.

We have run Meta for contractors long enough to know what works: lead forms over link ads, video over static, before-and-after over testimonials. And we have the uncomfortable truth most agencies do not talk about: Meta creative goes stale in 30 days. If your agency is not refreshing creative monthly, your CPL is going up without you knowing why.

How It Works

The 6-step process
behind every engagement.

01

Audience and creative strategy

We map your ideal customer: homeowner demographics, income brackets, home age, neighborhoods. We plan creative assets around your real work: before-and-after photos, install day videos, customer reactions, estimator walkthroughs. This is the discovery phase.

02

Pixel and CAPI setup

Proper Meta tracking in 2026 requires both the Pixel and Conversions API. We install both, verify events, map your CRM or form tool, and validate that the data Meta sees matches the leads you actually get. No tracking, no campaigns.

03

Lead form campaigns

Instead of sending traffic to your website and losing 80 percent of it to friction, we use Meta Lead Forms. Homeowner taps ad, Meta pre-fills name, email, phone from their profile, they tap submit, lead lands in your CRM in seconds. Conversion rates are 3 to 5x higher than link ads.

04

Retargeting layer

We build a retargeting sequence that catches three audiences: people who visited your website, people who engaged with your organic content or GBP, and people who started a lead form but did not finish. The retargeting layer alone often outperforms the cold campaign on cost per lead.

05

Storm and seasonal campaigns

For roofers and exterior contractors, we pre-build hurricane season campaigns ready to deploy within 6 hours of a named storm entering the Gulf. Paused until needed, then geo-targeted to the affected counties with storm-specific creative and immediate inspection offers.

06

Creative refresh cycle

Every 30 days we produce 3 to 5 new creative variants to fight fatigue. Old creative gets archived, not deleted, so we can reactivate winners seasonally.

Questions

Meta Ads FAQs

Does anyone at Reimagine currently work at Meta?+
Yes. Our co-founder Dr. Kebar Y currently works at Meta and has been there for over a year. She brings the platform perspective directly into every Meta Ads campaign we run for clients. This is a rare credential in contractor marketing and it is part of why our Meta accounts consistently outperform generalist agency accounts at the same spend level. The platform your budget flows into employs one of our founders. That is as close as a small business can get to inside-the-room expertise.
Does Meta work for B2B contractors or just residential?+
It works for residential primarily. If you serve commercial property managers, LinkedIn Ads is usually a better fit and we can refer you to partners who specialize in that. Residential home services is where Meta shines.
How much should I spend on Meta Ads?+
$1,500 per month minimum to exit the Meta pixel learning phase and get reliable data. $3,000 to $6,000 is the sweet spot for most Central Florida contractors. Scale accounts run $10,000 plus during storm season.
What if I do not have good before-and-after photos?+
We will use what you have and gradually build your library as new jobs complete. In the meantime we can create motion graphics and animated text ads that do not require photos. It is not ideal, but it works until your photo library catches up.
Will my leads actually be qualified?+
Meta Lead Form leads are typically 40 to 60 percent qualified at baseline. We improve that to 70 to 85 percent by adding qualifying questions to the form and pre-filtering audiences. You will still get some tire-kickers, but nothing like the old days of Facebook lead gen.
Can you run Instagram Reels ads too?+
Yes. Reels placements are included in every campaign we run. For contractors, install day Reels with music and captions usually outperform static feed ads by 2 to 3x.
How does this work with your Google Ads service?+
Best together. We run cross-channel attribution so when a homeowner sees your Meta ad and then Googles your brand a week later, you see the full journey. Contractors who run both channels alongside Google Ads usually find their cost per closed job drops 20 to 30 percent versus running either alone.

Why It Matters

Meta reaches homeowners before they search Google. If you want pipeline predictability and brand recognition, Meta is how you build it.
