How does the AI virtual tour work?+
Agent uploads 10 photos of the listing. Deco processes them and builds an interactive walkthrough (Matterport-style, generated in about 1 minute, at no extra cost). The tour URL embeds on the listing page and can be shared with buyers before they schedule an in-person visit. Cuts unqualified showings significantly.
How does commission splitting work with co-brokers?+
Each deal has a configurable split: listing agent, buyer agent, brokerage, referrer, and co-broker percentages. Co-broker is added to the deal at any stage. When the transaction closes, the Hub calculates each party's payout and generates the payment instruction or ACH transfer. Full audit trail per deal.
How does NAR Code + CCPA compliance work?+
The Hub enforces role-based access so each party sees only their data. Audit logs record every sensitive access with timestamp and IP. Contracts include required disclosures and are stored immutably. CCPA anonymization is automatic in reports. NAR Code compliance guidance is built into contract templates, not bolted on later.
