Can I keep my current business phone number?+
Yes. Port your number or set up forwarding by condition (after hours, ring-no-answer, busy). Most clients start with forwarding for the first 60 days and decide on porting after they see the service work.
Does it integrate with my CRM?+
GoHighLevel is native (we run GHL ourselves). HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, ServiceTitan, JobNimbus, Housecall Pro integrate via API or Zapier. Tell us your stack on the discovery call and we confirm before contract.
What does 'unlimited calls' actually mean?+
Unlimited at $350 per week is built for typical contractor operations ($5K to $25K per month in paid media, 60 to 150 inbound calls per month). Heavier volume (large multi-location, $50K or more per month in ad spend, multiple concurrent campaigns) gets a Front Desk Pro custom quote. No per-call charges, no surprise overages. If you grow past the original quote we reprice with 30 days notice.
What if my team should handle the call?+
You define the transfer triggers: existing client by phone number, in-flight jobs, calls for the owner by name, mentions of insurance or legal. On trigger, warm transfer to whoever you designate. No trigger means the lead gets booked in your CRM and lands on your team's dashboard.
How fast can we get this live?+
10 to 14 business days. Days 1 to 5: discovery, script, CRM. Days 6 to 10: soft launch parallel with your team. Days 11 to 14: full handoff. We never skip the parallel-run phase. Skipping it is how outsourced reception starts sounding outsourced.
Do you handle Google Guaranteed (LSA) leads?+
Yes. LSA / Google Screened leads run priority queue, credited or disputed in your dashboard within the window Google requires. Pairs naturally with Google Advanced Verification, since restricted-trade LSA leads are the most expensive to miss.
Is there a long-term contract?+
No. Month to month on a 30-day cancellation notice. Same as every other Reimagine service. One recovered job usually pays for the month.
Is it sold with territory exclusivity?+
No. Front Desk is operational, not a marketing channel where competitors step on each other. We run it for any contractor. Territory exclusivity lives in our Local SEO and Google Ads retainers, sold one-contractor-per-trade-per-metro.
