We collect your existing brand assets, voice guidelines if any, service area map, pricing structure, and real customer stories. For most contractors we also do a 1-hour founder interview to extract the story behind the business that marketing templates always miss.

Architecture planning
We map the full site structure: home, services, city pages, case studies, pricing, about, contact, blog, legal. Every URL is planned for SEO and conversion before a single pixel is designed. We also plan the schema structure here so nothing is bolted on later.

Design system
We build a design system: typography, color tokens, spacing scale, component library. Not templates, a real system that scales as the site grows. If you like, we can match the direction of this site (dark modern) or propose something closer to your existing brand.

Build and content load
We build every page by hand, load real content (not Lorem Ipsum), wire up the structured data Google and AI engines read, install analytics, and test page speed continuously. Our target is every critical page loading in under one second on mobile. Sometimes a third-party script costs us a few hundred milliseconds, but we never ship a slow page.

Launch and redirect plan
Before switch-over we build a full 301 redirect map from your old URLs to new ones so you lose zero existing rankings. Launch takes about 10 minutes and is fully reversible if anything goes wrong.

Post-launch optimization
First 30 days we monitor Search Console for crawl errors, page speed in production, and conversion behavior. Adjustments are made free of charge. After 30 days the site transitions into your ongoing SEO and Content plan if you signed up for those.
