The team member opens Safari or Chrome on their phone and taps the Hub link sent during onboarding. They sign in with their email plus password, or with biometric (Touch ID, Face ID, Android fingerprint) if they set it up. No app store, no download, no storage used beyond what the browser already takes.
After the first login, Hub shows a banner: 'Add to your home screen to open faster.' The team member taps it. The Hub icon appears on their phone home screen like any other app. From then on they open it with one tap, in full-screen mode, with no browser address bar.
The team member takes before-and-after photos directly through Hub on their phone, using the device camera. GPS validates their location when they clock in at a job site. Biometric (Touch ID, Face ID) is used to confirm sensitive actions like signing a contract or approving a discount. All of this works through the browser without any native app.
When Reimagine ships a new feature or fixes a bug, the update is live instantly. The next time a team member opens Hub, they are already on the newest version. No App Store submission, no team member needing to update manually, no version mismatch between team members.
