Mike opens Hub on his phone at the job site and takes photos directly in the app, or sends them via the business messaging channel. Hub detects the active job using GPS and schedule, and attaches each photo to that job automatically. No manual tagging, no lost photos.
Photos taken before work starts go to the Before folder. Photos during execution go to During. Photos after the team member leaves the GPS radius go to After. Each photo carries a GPS coordinate and timestamp. The customer sees three clean tabs, not a mixed-up camera roll.
Hub sends the customer a short digital image release with three options: 'You may use my photos anonymously,' 'You may use my photos with my name as a reference,' or 'No marketing use.' Customer taps and signs digitally. You get documented permission before posting anything.
Customer receives a unique album link. They open it and see three tabs plus an automatic before-and-after side-by-side. One tap to share with family or on their own social. Your marketing dashboard shows which customers authorized photo use so you can pull approved images any time.
