GPS timestamp
A latitude-longitude coordinate and exact time automatically embedded in each Hub photo. Serves as verifiable proof of where and when a photo was taken.
Image release
A short digital agreement the customer signs authorizing you to use their job photos for marketing. Hub stores the signed release in the job record with a full audit trail.
Phase folder
One of three auto-sorted sections in the job gallery: Before (pre-work), During (in-progress), and After (completed). Hub assigns photos to the correct folder based on job timeline and GPS.

Hub captures photos sent through the business messaging channel and attaches them to the active job. Photos from personal texts outside the Hub channel need to be forwarded to the Hub channel to auto-attach.

Can the customer download their photos?

Yes. The shareable album lets the customer download individual photos or the full album as a zip file.

How long are photos stored?

Photos are stored for the life of your account. Hub does not auto-delete job photos.
