How it works
From job payment to team member earnings dashboard, automatically.
Set commission type (percentage of job total, flat per job, tiered by revenue bracket) and any upsell bonuses. Rules can differ by service type or team member seniority.
The moment a job is paid, Hub calculates the team member's commission for that job and adds it to their running total.
Each team member has a personal earnings dashboard showing this pay period's commission total, job-by-job breakdown, and pending jobs not yet paid.
At the end of the pay period, Hub exports a payroll summary per team member: hours worked, jobs completed, commission earned, and total payout. Import directly into your payroll software.

If a job payment is refunded, the commission credited for that job is reversed and the team member's dashboard updates immediately. The reversal is logged in the audit trail.
