The pain you recognize
Without a standardized catalog, pricing and scheduling are as consistent as the person who happens to answer the phone.
Without a standard price list, experienced team members under-charge and new ones over-charge. Customers get different prices for the same job depending on who answers the phone.
When job times are not standardized, the scheduler either over-books (team members run late all day) or under-books (team members are idle between jobs). Standard times fix the schedule.
Without catalog-driven pricing and tracked actuals, you only know if a job was profitable 30 days later. Hub shows estimated vs. actual margin per job in real time.
A new hire who has to learn pricing by shadow or by mistake is a margin risk. A service catalog they can search and select from is ready on day one.
How it works
Configure once, used everywhere: estimates, scheduling, commissions, and reporting.
Add every service your business offers with a name, description, price range (min/max), standard labor time, and skill tag. Import from CSV if you have an existing price list.
Estimates pull prices from the catalog. The scheduler uses standard times for slot allocation. Commission calculations reference catalog prices. Reports compare catalog price to actual charge.
No more guessing. Team member opens Hub, selects the service, sees the catalog price and expected duration, and the estimate is pre-populated.
Update a price once in the catalog and it flows to all future estimates automatically. No hunting for outdated spreadsheets.
Real example
Three examples of how a standardized catalog changes daily operations.
Jordan is a new HVAC tech at a Phoenix company. His first solo job is an AC diagnostic. He opens Hub, searches the catalog, and the estimate is pre-filled.
Assigned first solo job: AC not cooling.
Opens Hub, searches catalog for 'AC diagnostic'.
Selects catalog item. Estimate pre-filled with $89 plus correct labor time. Sends to customer.
First-day tech quoted the standard price without any manager involvement.
Before vs. after
By the numbers
Metrics from Reimagine Hub users after standardizing their price list and labor times.
Results vary by volume, service catalog, and configuration. Figures observed across Reimagine operations running this feature for 3+ months.
By industry
Any trade with repeatable services benefits from a standardized catalog.
What sets us apart
Other platforms have price books. Hub connects the catalog to scheduling and commissions automatically.

Technical honesty
The catalog handles standard repeatable services well. Custom or one-off jobs need extra steps.
One-of-a-kind commercial projects where no catalog reference exists
Jobs with highly variable materials where price range is too wide to be useful
Specialty work requiring a formal materials quote from a supplier before pricing
Hub allows free-form line items alongside catalog items. Custom line items are flagged in reports as 'non-catalog' so your team can decide if they should be added as standard entries.
Comes with the Hub
The service catalog is the operational foundation of the Reimagine Hub. Every other feature references it: AI pre-estimates pull price ranges from it, the visual estimate builder populates line items from it, the scheduler allocates time slots using its standard durations, commission automation calculates payouts based on catalog prices, and margin reports compare catalog target to actual charged amount. Updating the catalog once propagates across all of these surfaces automatically.

FAQ
Unlimited. Most contractors have 20-80 catalog entries. Hub has no cap on catalog size.
Yes. Hub supports price modifiers by zone (e.g., commercial vs. residential rate) and by customer tier (e.g., maintenance contract customers get 10% off).
Standard labor time is the expected duration for a job type (e.g., 2.5 hours for AC tune-up). The scheduler uses this to block calendar slots, preventing overbooking.
Yes, with a reason logged. Hub records catalog price, actual charge, and the reason for deviation. This feeds the margin variance report.
Yes. Hub accepts CSV import for bulk catalog setup. The import template maps to name, price min, price max, labor hours, and skill tag.
