Multi-Team Scheduler
Hub assigns jobs to the right tech based on skill, location, and availability. No double-booking, no phone tag.

Built by ex-Google, ex-Salesforce engineers. FLSA time-tracking compliance built in.
The pain you recognize
Paper timesheets and self-reported hours create payroll risk on both sides: overpayment through fraud and underpayment through FLSA exposure.
When team members can clock in for each other from anywhere, payroll fraud adds up quickly. GPS-verified clock-in means the team member must be at the job site to start the clock.
Without location-stamped records, team members and managers disagree about when the job started, when breaks happened, and when the team member left. GPS eliminates the grey area.
The Fair Labor Standards Act requires employers to maintain accurate records of hours worked for all non-exempt (hourly) employees. Paper timesheets or self-reported hours do not hold up in an audit.
Collecting, reading, and entering paper timesheets adds hours of admin work every payroll cycle. GPS time clock exports directly to payroll, no data entry.
How it works
From team member arrival at the job site to payroll export, verified at every step.
Hub detects the team member's proximity to the job address (configurable radius, typically 500 feet). Clock-in option activates.
One tap in Hub. Location and timestamp recorded. Clock-in denied if the team member is not within the configured radius of the job address.
Clock-out records location and timestamp. Hours calculated automatically. Hub marks the job with total time on site.
All hours, locations, and job assignments are available in payroll export format. FLSA-compliant records stored for 3 years by default.
Real example
Three real scenarios showing how Hub handles clock-in verification and time disputes.
An HVAC company had two techs who occasionally clocked in for each other on slow mornings. Hub ended that immediately.
Attempts to clock Tech B into the Riverside job using Tech B's credentials.
Detects Tech A's GPS at home address, 4.2 miles from job site. Clock-in blocked.
Receives alert: failed clock-in attempt flagged for review.
No buddy punching since GPS clock-in was enabled. Managers stopped receiving calls about time discrepancies.
Before vs. after
By the numbers
Results from Reimagine Hub users across field service businesses with multiple team members.
Results vary by volume, service catalog, and configuration. Figures observed across Reimagine operations running this feature for 3+ months.
By industry
Any field service business with hourly or mixed-compensation team members benefits from GPS-verified time tracking.
What sets us apart
Standalone time trackers do not connect to jobs. Hub links every hour to a specific job automatically.

Technical honesty
GPS verification works for most field service scenarios, but a few environments need adjustment.
Indoor jobs with poor GPS signal (basements, large metal buildings) where geo-fence may need to be expanded
Jobs on large sites (warehouses, campuses) where the address may not match the actual work location
Salaried (exempt) employees who are not subject to FLSA hour tracking requirements
Hub lets managers expand the geo-fence radius per job type or manually approve out-of-range clock-ins. Exempt employees can be set to 'no geo-fence required' in their team member profile.
Comes with the Hub
The GPS time clock connects to the job record (so every hour logged is linked to a specific job), the payroll export (so hours feed directly into commission and wage calculations), and the scheduling module (so actual time on site can be compared to the catalog's standard labor time). All location records are stored with the job and accessible to the business owner. Team members see their own hours; managers see all team members.

FAQ
Hub uses the phone's GPS to check that the team member is within a configurable radius of the job site address (default 500 feet). If the team member is outside that radius, clock-in is blocked with a location error.
You can expand the geo-fence radius for specific job types (e.g., high-rise buildings, basement work). Hub logs the expanded radius in the time record. Managers can also manually approve clock-ins that fall just outside the geo-fence.
By default, Hub only records location at clock-in and clock-out. Continuous location tracking during the shift is an optional setting that must be enabled by the business owner and disclosed to employees.
Yes. GPS-stamped records with timestamp, location, and employee ID meet FLSA record-keeping requirements for non-exempt employees. Hub retains records for 3 years by default.
Yes. Techs can submit a time correction request in Hub. The manager receives the request, can view the GPS context, and approves or denies. All corrections are logged in the audit trail.
