How it works
From a consolidated schedule to an automated ETA text in 4 steps:
The night before or early morning, Deco AI reads every confirmed job for each technician. It considers address, estimated job duration, customer preference window, and historical traffic by time of day and area. Output is a sequenced route that minimizes total miles driven.
Marcus opens Hub on his phone. He sees each visit in the optimized sequence with the customer's name, address, job type, and estimated drive time to each stop. One tap opens turn-by-turn navigation in Google Maps or Waze for that address.
When Hub detects Marcus driving away from the current job address, it calculates real-time ETA to the next customer using live traffic. When ETA hits 15 minutes, it fires an automated text to the next customer.
Automated text: 'Hi Sarah, Marcus is on his way to your home. Estimated arrival: 2:47 PM. Track him live.' The link shows a dot moving on the map toward the customer's address in real time. No calls, no guessing.

Technical honesty

FAQ
Hub offers both. The next-day route can be calculated the evening before so the tech wakes up knowing their sequence. Same-day routes calculate first thing in the morning. The ETA sent to each customer recalculates live as the tech moves and traffic changes.
Live tracking is opt-in. The default sends only the ETA text with an estimated arrival time, no tracking link. Customers who want to track can tap the optional link. Companies can disable live tracking entirely in Hub settings.
There is no technician limit. Hub calculates a separate optimized route for every tech with jobs that day. The performance dashboard shows all field staff simultaneously with each visit's current status.
Yes, with a caveat. Urban and suburban addresses work without any setup. Rural addresses or new developments without a precise Google Maps entry need a manual reference point added to the job record. The tech's GPS still provides accurate tracking even in areas with incomplete map data.
Text message by default (highest open rate). Email as a fallback if the cell number is unavailable. The ETA communication channel is configurable per customer in their Hub profile.
