Do I need to be an active CPA to become an affiliate?+
No. The program accepts active CPAs, EAs (Enrolled Agents), bookkeepers, and accounting professionals with a responsible licensee. The difference is that the 'Reimagine Certified CPA' badge only ships to those with an active CPA license (credibility on the client recommendation).
What if the client cancels Hub?+
Your commission on that client stops that month. You don't lose anything retroactive. But cancellation is rare: Hub has 100% guided setup, Newbie Mode to learn the app from the inside out, human support + Deco AI, and free custom builds on the Elite plan. The product retains the client on its own, you don't have to follow up.
When do I receive my first commission?+
30 days after the client's first payment. If they paid on July 20th, your payout lands around August 19th. That window is standard processing and antifraud protection. From the second month on, commissions land monthly in a regular automatic cycle.
How does it work for a firm owner vs an associate?+
The program is named: each accountant has their own SSN/EIN, unique link, and own commission. At a firm with several CPAs, each one can enroll as an affiliate and the commission goes to whoever made the referral. If the firm wants a consolidated account with internal split, we can set that up via WhatsApp.
Can I recruit other accountants and earn 1% on what they refer?+
Yes. That's Level 2 of the program. You invite a colleague accountant (from your firm, your university, your local AICPA chapter), and for every client they refer you receive 1% of their monthly subscription without reducing anything from their 20%. At a large firm or an associated accountant group, Level 2 can surpass direct commission.
Is this a pyramid scheme or MLM?+
No. In a pyramid, your income depends on recruiting other people who pay a fee to enter (and part of that fee goes to whoever invited you). Here: (1) Affiliate signup is 100% free, nobody pays anything to join. (2) Your 20% commission comes from Reimagine's revenue on the subscription of the client YOU referred, not from the affiliate who invited you. (3) The 1% Level 2 override is an incentive bonus to bring colleagues into the program, and it also comes out of Reimagine's revenue (it does not reduce what your recruit earns). (4) Bronze through Platinum tiers and the Reimagine Summit are prestige and annual rewards, not commission tiers. There is no N-floor structure above you. No. The calculator simulates potential based on estimated conversion rates per channel persona, but there is no promise or guarantee of minimum income, maximum income, or payback period.
