When do I receive the first commission?+
30 days after the owner's first payment. If they paid on July 20th, your payout lands around August 19th. That window is standard processing and antifraud protection. From the second month on, monthly in a regular automatic cycle.
What if the owner cancels Hub after 6 months?+
Your commission on that account stops that month. You lose nothing retroactive. Cancellation is rare because the product retains: a client with the document vault + expiration reminders won't walk away easily (they lose organization and history). If they return 6 months later still attached to you, the commission resumes.
How does the unified filings pro dashboard work?+
You see all your active clients in one place, with an upcoming renewals agenda (next 90 days), bulk upload, and integration with Secretary of State and county clerks. Every Hub client you refer enters that flow automatically, at no extra cost.
Is this a pyramid scheme or MLM?+
No. In a pyramid, your income depends on recruiting other people who pay a fee to enter (and part of that fee goes to whoever invited you).
