Is there a conflict with the finance company if I refer an external product?+
Not in most cases. Equipment finance reps are independent professionals or W-2 with freedom to operate as an additional consultant. Referring a complementary tool (Hub) to the client doesn't violate your finance company contract because you're not selling a competitor, you're adding value to the post-delivery relationship. Does it work for any asset (vehicle, real estate, equipment)?+
Yes, the angle is the same in all of them: the client is investing in a critical business asset, and their operations will change with that investment. Delivery vehicle = expand deliveries, needs route planning + organized clients. Commercial real estate = new location, needs multi-store management. Equipment = produce more, needs maintenance tracking and billing. Hub covers every case.
When to refer: at the loan sale, during payments, or at delivery?+
All 3 moments work, with different adoption rates. During payments on the book (active client in the business, needs organization today) = 15-25% adoption. Delivery (client will invest and scale) = 30-50% adoption and the warmest moment. At the loan sale the client is focused on starting payments (tight on new spend) = lower adoption 10-15%. Most of your income comes from the current book + funded deals, not from the initial sale.
Will the client blame me if Hub fails?+

Does it work for small business clients (sole prop, LLC) or only larger ones?+
Works for all of them. Sole props and small LLCs = Starter $397 (covers ACH, invoicing, WhatsApp, calendar). As the business grows after the investment, the client moves up to Pro $697 or Elite $1,197. Your commission follows the plan change automatically (you don't lose anything when the client upgrades).
Can I invite other equipment finance reps as affiliates?+
Yes, that's Level 2 of the program. Every colleague rep you invite who refers a client pays you an extra 1%, without reducing anything from their commission. In a regional finance company team or industry professional group, Level 2 scales hard.
Does it work for a client who hasn't received the equipment yet?+
It works, and it's an advantage. A client making loan payments already has a business running (they need the asset to grow). They can subscribe to Hub now to organize current operations and be better prepared for when the investment lands. You don't have to wait for delivery.
Is there alignment with Crest Capital, Direct Capital, Balboa, ELFA members?+
Institutional alignment in progress. For reps at a specific company with strong volume, we can accelerate a localized protocol for Hub delivery alongside the funded loan. To start, your individual referral with the link already works without institutional approval.
When do I receive the first commission?+
30 days after the Hub client's first payment. If they paid on July 20th, your payout lands around August 19th. That window is standard processing and antifraud protection. From the second month on, monthly in a regular automatic cycle.
What if the client cancels Hub after 3 months?+
Your commission on that account stops that month. You lose nothing retroactive. Cancellation is rare because the product retains (guided setup, Newbie, Elite custom builds). A client who picks up Hub at delivery is in a moment of active business investment, typically stays for years.
Can I refer to a business client who hasn't financed equipment?+
Yes. Your unique affiliate link works for any business owner, not only your financing clients. You can refer to family, a friend who's an owner, a network contact. 90-day cookie keeps the referral attached to you. Hub is universal for any small to mid-size business across any vertical.
Can I start before the physical cards arrive?+
Yes. Free signup unlocks your unique link on Day 0 (digital). You can use the QR code from your phone, send via WhatsApp, or print temporary cards. The 100 physical cards arrive within 7 business days. To start tomorrow, just your link is enough.
Is this a pyramid scheme or MLM?+
No. In a pyramid, your income depends on recruiting other people who pay a fee to enter (and part of that fee goes to whoever invited you). Here: (1) Affiliate signup is 100% free, nobody pays anything to join. (2) Your 20% commission comes from Reimagine's revenue on the subscription of the client YOU referred, not from the affiliate who invited you. (3) The 1% Level 2 override is an incentive bonus to bring colleagues into the program, and it also comes out of Reimagine's revenue (it does not reduce what your recruit earns). (4) Bronze through Platinum tiers and the Reimagine Summit are prestige and annual rewards, not commission tiers. There is no N-floor structure above you. Do you guarantee monthly returns?+
No. The calculator simulates potential based on estimated conversion rates per channel persona, but there is no promise or guarantee of minimum income, maximum income, or payback period. Your commission depends on how many business owners in your audience or network actually sign up for Hub through your link, how long they stay active, and which plan (Starter, Pro, or Elite) they choose. You can refer 0 and earn $0. You can refer 200 and earn $30k per month recurring. There is no floor, no ceiling, no promise.
