Hub doesn't replace an enterprise CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot Enterprise) for a very large company, but it's the missing piece between fragmented financial/sales operations and the owner's integrated visibility.
Is there a conflict with tools the mentee already uses (Salesforce, HubSpot, RD)?+

Does it work for a mentee who's still a sole prop or only LLC/S-corp?+
Endeavor mentors typically serve a mentee with real operations (a growing LLC or scaling S-corp), so Hub Pro ($697) or Elite ($1,197) are the most common plans. A very early sole prop can start at Starter and move up as they grow. Your commission follows the plan change automatically.
When do I receive the first commission?+
30 days after the mentee's first payment. If they paid on July 20th, your payout lands around August 19th. That window is standard processing and antifraud protection. From the second month on, monthly in a regular automatic cycle.
What if the mentee cancels Hub after 6 months?+
Your commission on that account stops that month. You lose nothing retroactive. Cancellation is rare because the product retains (guided setup, Newbie Mode, Elite custom builds). A mentee with consolidated strategic KPIs in Hub typically stays for years: switching Hub means losing execution history + integration with you as their mentor.
Is Hub Elite ($1,197) worth it for a mentee in a premium Endeavor program?+
Yes, and it's usually the right plan. An Endeavor mentee in scale-up phase has a complex operation and benefits a lot from free Elite custom builds. You can include Hub Elite in the mentoring package as the strategic execution tool, and the $239.40/month lifetime recurring commission covers any subsidy in the proposal.
Is this a pyramid scheme or MLM?+
No. In a pyramid, your income depends on recruiting other people who pay a fee to enter (and part of that fee goes to whoever invited you). Here: (1) Affiliate signup is 100% free, nobody pays anything to join. (2) Your 20% commission comes from Reimagine's revenue on the subscription of the client YOU referred, not from the affiliate who invited you. (3) The 1% Level 2 override is an incentive bonus to bring colleagues into the program, and it also comes out of Reimagine's revenue (it does not reduce what your recruit earns). (4) Bronze through Platinum tiers and the Reimagine Summit are prestige and annual rewards, not commission tiers. There is no N-floor structure above you. You must refer a real business owner who signs up for a real Hub plan to earn anything.
Do you guarantee monthly returns?+
No. The calculator simulates potential based on estimated conversion rates per channel persona, but there is no promise or guarantee of minimum income, maximum income, or payback period. Your commission depends on how many business owners in your audience or network actually sign up for Hub through your link, how long they stay active, and which plan (Starter, Pro, or Elite) they choose.
