Do I receive commission from a student who cancels the course but keeps Hub?+
Yes. Your Hub affiliate commission is independent of the course contract. The student can cancel the course after 30 days and stay a Hub client for years, and the lifetime recurring commission keeps landing every month.
Can I do a brand partnership with Hub on my next launch?+
Yes. For creators with strong volume and an audience aligned with the Reimagine client profile, we arrange dedicated brand partnerships (co-marketing, mention on the Reimagine channel, speaker slot at the Reimagine Summit, co-funded campaign contract). Direct conversation with Andre.
When do I receive the first commission?+
30 days after the student-turned-Hub-client's first payment. If they paid on July 20th, your payout lands around August 19th. That window is standard processing and antifraud protection. From the second month on, monthly in a regular automatic cycle.
What if the student cancels Hub after 6 months?+
Your commission on that account stops that month. You lose nothing retroactive. Cancellation is rare because the product retains (guided setup, Newbie Mode, Elite custom builds). A student who executed what they learned and has organized operations in Hub typically stays for years.
Is co-branding of Hub with my course available?+
For creators with strong volume, yes. Co-branded material (slide with your brand + Reimagine, joint certificate for a student who adopted Hub, dedicated landing page for your course), we work case by case at the institutional level. To start, your individual link + Reimagine Top Creator Partner badge already works.
Is this a pyramid scheme or MLM?+
No. In a pyramid, your income depends on recruiting other people who pay a fee to enter (and part of that fee goes to whoever invited you). Here: (1) Affiliate signup is 100% free, nobody pays anything to join. (2) Your 20% commission comes from Reimagine's revenue on the subscription of the client YOU referred, not from the affiliate who invited you. (3) The 1% Level 2 override is an incentive bonus to bring colleagues into the program, and it also comes out of Reimagine's revenue (it does not reduce what your recruit earns). (4) Bronze through Platinum tiers and the Reimagine Summit are prestige and annual rewards, not commission tiers. There is no N-floor structure above you.
