When do I receive the first commission?+
30 days after the Hub client's first payment. If they paid on July 20th, your payout lands around August 19th. That window is standard processing and antifraud protection. From the second month on, monthly in a regular automatic cycle.
What if the client cancels Hub after 6 months?+
Your commission on that account stops that month. You lose nothing retroactive. Cancellation is rare because the product retains (guided setup, Newbie, Elite custom builds). A client with policies + audit trail + reminders in Hub typically stays for years: switching Hub means losing operational organization + integration with you as their broker.
How does the broker panel inside Hub work?+

Is this a pyramid scheme or MLM?+
