Which file types does Hub store?+
Vectors (SVG, AI, EPS), bitmap (PSD, PNG, JPG), PDFs (brand book, brief, deck), editable templates (Canva, Figma, Photoshop), fonts (TTF, OTF), color codes (hex, RGB, CMYK, Pantone). All organized by type, with optional version and delivery date tags.
Can the client edit the files? Do I lose authorship?+
Client accesses to download and use, not to edit source files. You keep authorship and the source. You can ship editable final versions (Canva, Figma) if you want to grant that autonomy, or keep only non-editable versions (PDF, PNG, exported SVG) to preserve the brand intact. You choose.
If the client cancels Hub, do they lose the brand library?+
The client owns their data. If they cancel, they receive a complete export of the library before closure. But it rarely happens: a client with the brand organized and templates accessible in one place doesn't swap that structure easily. The bond via brand library is strong.
What's the difference vs the other professional panels in Hub (CPA, filings pro, attorney)?+
CPA panel = tax documents. Filings pro panel = official and regulatory documents. Attorney panel = contracts and audit trail. Designer panel = brand library (logo, palette, templates, brand book). The four coexist in the client's Hub without conflict, each professional with isolated access to their own area. Hub Pro or Elite clients have room for all four simultaneously.
Does it work for freelance designers and studios?+
Works for both. A freelancer delivers 5-15 projects per year, each one a potential Hub client. A studio delivers 20-50 projects, scales faster. At a studio, several designers can join as separate affiliates (each with their own SSN/EIN and link), or the studio can join as a single institutional account and split commission internally (we'll work the agreement with you via WhatsApp).
How does the designer panel inside Hub work?+
The Hub client gives you scoped shared access to the Brand Library area. You see the library organized by file type, refresh reminders, unified dashboard of all your clients, integration with Figma and Adobe. Every Hub client you refer enters that flow automatically, at no extra cost.
Is a Hub owner the right moment to hire a brand designer?+
Yes. Hub attracts owners in months 0-12 (just formed the LLC, just started operating), exactly your target audience. A new Hub client without professional branding sees Hub's default template and usually wants their own brand. You can prospect through Hub's professional directory itself.
Can I invite other designers as affiliates?+
Yes, that's Level 2 of the program. Every colleague designer you invite who refers a business client pays you an extra 1%, without reducing anything from their commission. At a studio with multiple designers or a Behance/99designs freelancer group in your niche, Level 2 scales hard.
When do I receive the first commission?+
30 days after the Hub client's first payment. If they paid on July 20th, your payout lands around August 19th. That window is standard processing and antifraud protection. From the second month on, monthly in a regular automatic cycle.
What if the client cancels Hub after 6 months?+
Your commission on that account stops that month. You lose nothing retroactive. Cancellation is rare because the product retains (guided setup, Newbie, Elite custom builds). A client with the brand library + accessible templates in Hub typically stays for years: switching Hub means losing brand organization + integration with you as their designer.
Is there a conflict with Behance, 99designs, or freelance platforms?+
No. Behance is portfolio, 99designs is the initial hiring marketplace, Reimagine Hub is the client's operating system after they hire your project. The three coexist: you use Behance to attract leads, 99designs to land new projects if you want, and Hub to retain the client as recurring revenue for life after delivery.
Is this a pyramid scheme or MLM?+
No. In a pyramid, your income depends on recruiting other people who pay a fee to enter (and part of that fee goes to whoever invited you). Here: (1) Affiliate signup is 100% free, nobody pays anything to join. (2) Your 20% commission comes from Reimagine's revenue on the subscription of the client YOU referred, not from the affiliate who invited you. (3) The 1% Level 2 override is an incentive bonus to bring colleagues into the program, and it also comes out of Reimagine's revenue (it does not reduce what your recruit earns). (4) Bronze through Platinum tiers and the Reimagine Summit are prestige and annual rewards, not commission tiers. There is no N-floor structure above you. You must refer a real business owner who signs up for a real Hub plan to earn anything.
Do you guarantee monthly returns?+
No. The calculator simulates potential based on estimated conversion rates per channel persona, but there is no promise or guarantee of minimum income, maximum income, or payback period. Your commission depends on how many business owners in your audience or network actually sign up for Hub through your link, how long they stay active, and which plan (Starter, Pro, or Elite) they choose. You can refer 0 and earn $0. You can refer 200 and earn $30k per month recurring. There is no floor, no ceiling, no promise.
