When you sign with Reimagine, your vertical and metro are locked the moment your foundation engagement begins. For as long as your account stays active, no competitor in your vertical (roofing, garage doors, pavers, fence, HVAC, plumbing, GC, etc.) can hire us in the same metro. This is contractual, not a handshake, and it is the reason our client roster is capped at a deliberately small number.

Territory locks are tied to active pricing status. If you pause or cancel, your territory reopens to the next qualified contractor in the queue within 30 days. This is not a trick to keep you locked in. It is a trade-off that protects both sides: you get exclusive expertise in your metro, and we get a partner who values the work enough to stay engaged.

If your vertical in your metro is red, the fastest way to get on the waitlist is to book a discovery call anyway. Territories open unexpectedly and we prioritize anyone already in the queue.
