Mighty Leads Platinum Plan + My Weekend with André

1. Services Provided – Mighty Leads Platinum Plan

Your weekly subscription includes:

  • AI-powered CRM setup and management

  • Local SEO optimization, content publishing, and backlink acquisition

  • High-quality lead generation campaigns

  • Marketing automation workflows and follow-up sequences

  • Custom website development and hosting

  • Ongoing campaign optimization by our expert team

2. Term & Renewal

  • Initial Term: 12-week minimum commitment (“Initial Commitment”).

  • After the Initial Commitment, your plan automatically renews on a week-to-week basis unless canceled in accordance with Section 7.

3. Payment Terms

  • Billed weekly in advance at $1,447/week.

  • Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

  • All disputes must first be addressed directly with us before initiating any chargeback.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information, login credentials, and brand assets as requested.

  • Approve content and campaign elements in a timely manner.

  • Maintain responsive communication to ensure optimal campaign performance.

5. Performance Guarantee

  • We stand behind our services with a Local Map Pack Guarantee.

    • If your primary business location is not ranked in the Google Local 3-Pack for at least one of your targeted services and locations by the end of your 12-month commitment, we will refund 100% of all payments made during that 12-month period.

    • This guarantee applies only if:

      1. You have remained on the Mighty Leads Platinum Plan for the full 12-month term without payment interruption.

      2. You have implemented all recommendations and strategies provided by us in a timely manner.

      3. You have not engaged in actions that negatively impact rankings, such as changing your business name, address, phone number, or primary categories without consulting us, or violating Google’s guidelines.

      4. Your business is eligible and compliant with Google Business Profile guidelines.

    • The guarantee does not apply to temporary ranking drops caused by Google algorithm updates, suspensions, or market changes outside of our control after the 12-month term.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials created remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • While actively subscribed, you are granted an exclusive license to use deliverables.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • During Initial Commitment: Early cancellation requires payment of the remaining balance for the term.

  • After Initial Commitment: You may cancel with 30 days’ written notice via the contact method provided on our website.

  • All campaigns, hosting, and automation cease at the end of the notice period.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared business and operational information confidential unless otherwise authorized.

9. My Weekend with Andre – Bonus Event

This complimentary experience is available to active Mighty Leads Platinum Plan clients in good standing.

Event Overview:

  • 3-day, 2-night yacht-based business mastermind with André Alves and Dr. Kebar.

  • Includes group training, networking, and leisure activities aboard the vessel.

  • Meals and onboard amenities included.

Travel & Costs:

  • You are responsible for travel to and from the embarkation location unless otherwise stated.

  • Event details will be provided at least 30 days prior to departure.

Safety & Conduct:

  • You must comply with yacht crew instructions and safety rules.

  • We may remove participants for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without compensation.

Rescheduling & Cancellation:

  • We may reschedule or cancel due to weather, safety, or operational needs.

  • We are not responsible for your travel or lodging costs if the event is changed or canceled.

Media Release:

  • By attending, you grant us the right to use your image, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Liability Waiver:

  • Participation is at your own risk. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or property damage except in cases of gross negligence.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Polk County, Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
